RETURNS / EXCHANGES
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Martin Dingman Merchandise and wish to Return / Exchange, email Customer Care at email@example.com to request your Prepaid UPS Return Shipping Label. Items must be dropped off at a UPS facility or Authorized UPS Shipping Location. Returns / exchanges must take place within 30 days of original purchase. Please return all merchandise in the original box, along with the completed Return Form found with your order.
Note: If the item was purchased through one of our retail partners and not through Martin Dingman directly, please contact that retail location to initiate a return or exchange.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON RETURNS
- Footwear may not be returned if the top has been creased or the bottom has been scuffed. To prevent creasing when trying on a new shoe, avoid fully flexing the foot. To prevent scuffing the bottom always try on shoes on a carpeted surface.
- Sale prices will be honored up to 14 days prior on any items purchased within that time.
